Financial Controller
Job description
- Assume responsibility for all operational finance processes (ac counting, treasury, payments for portfolio companies)
- Prepare and review financial reports
- Identify cost saving and revenue increasing opportunities
- Assist acquisition team with due-diligence, underwriting and tax structuring in portfolio
- Oversee development projects from financial perspective
- Contribute to the Asset Management team in providing accurate and timely data as well as communicating with investors
Requirements
- Educated to a University degree in Finance
- Relevant experience for example in Big4, Private Equity or in international Real estate
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel
- Fluent in English, Dutch is nice to have
- Ambition to grow with the company
- Curious, flexible with the ability to work independently
