Business Controller

Our client, a leading and rapidly growing organization in the agricultural sector, presents a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial Business Controller. In this role, the candidate has the chance to establish and shape business control within both national and international activities. The Finance department, in addition to you, includes the CFO, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, and various accounting colleagues at different locations.

In this role, you have the unique opportunity to establish and shape business control on both a national and international scale. You are part of the finance team and report directly to the CFO. With your analytical skills and entrepreneurship, you make a significant contribution to the organization's profitable growth. Acting as a sparring partner for various departments, you have the freedom to take initiative and effectively pitch ideas. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting stakeholders in making strategic decisions through analysis and reporting of business results;
• Acting as a sparring partner for the management, sales, production, and supply chain;
• Developing new reports and further professionalizing management information;
• Ensuring awareness and reflection on pre- and post-calculation;
• Turning good insights into concrete improvement actions;
• Analyzing financial results and providing clear feedback;
• Providing support in pricing and profitable growth;
• Building overviews from various data sources;
• Participating in various projects.

The ideal candidate is an independent and results-oriented professional with a strong vision of business control. In this position you function as a business partner, you are organizationally sensitive, and are able to stand your ground when needed. Additionally, you can turn your ideas into concrete actions.

Furthermore, you have:

• Completed a BA/MA (HBO/WO) degree in business economics or a related field;
• A minimum of 3/5 years of experience in Controlling;
• Affinity with industrial or technical organizations;
• An excellent command of the English language.

• Salary of 70/80K based on 40 hours + Benefits;
