About me

After completing my studies in law, I spent a short period of time in the banking sector. Since 1997, I have been active in financial recruitment and I set up a wide range of offices for a large international agency all over the world, including in Scandinavia, Germany, Eastern Europe and the US. In 2009, I returned to the Netherlands and for a number of years, I was the general manager for an American finance recruiter. In 2016, I became a partner at Impactsearch and the dream of owning my own business became a reality. The perfect combination of commerce, competition and finding the right candidate drives me to do everything I possibly can for our clients and candidates.
